PAYMENTFor your convenience we accept cash, checks (on local banks only), or money order. You may also pay by MasterCard or Visa at the Ashland City office.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF RECORDSPublic records maintained by the County Clerk are open for inspection unless specifically made confidential by statute. The gross receipts of a business are one example of a confidential record. Also, under most conditions, motor vehicle records are confidential as stipulated in T.C.A. 55-25-104 et al.

BIRTH CERTIFICATES/DEATH CERTIFICATES
