Welcome to the website of the Cheatham County Election Commission. It is our mission to ensure the integrity of every vote cast in Cheatham County by administering election law and procedures equally and fairly to all, by providing the most efficient, accurate and secure election process possible, and, in all our endeavors, exceeding the expectations of the voters, taxpayers and citizens of Cheatham County in accountability and competence.
The Election Comission meets on the third Thursday of each month at 4:30 p.m. at the Election Office.
NOTICE - PRECINCT/POLLING PLACE CHANGE
The Cheatham County Election Commission voted on August 15th, 2024 to move the 1-1 Ashland City Library polling place to The David C. McCullough Room at Sycamore Square in Ashland City, TN 37015.
The David C. McCullough Room is located at 332 Frey Street, Ashland City, TN 37015. It is by the Subway in the Sycamore Square shopping center.
If you live in the 1st District, 1st Precinct, new voter cards are being mailed out to all active voters, and you should start receiving them within the next week.
