Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting
The Cheatham County Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on May 27, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Cheatham County Court House on the 2nd floor in the General Sessions Courtroom in Ashland City, TN.

Board of Equalization Meeting
The Cheatham County Board of Equalization will begin its annual session to examine and equalize the county assessments on June 2, 2025. The Board will accept appeals for tax year 2025 only until the last day of its 2025 regular season, which will be June 13, 2025.

Highway Department Bid
The Cheatham County Highway Department is accepting bids for PAVEMENT MARKINGS and TIRES & TUBES. Minimum bid specifications are available by calling the Cheatham County Accounting Office at (615) 792-2037. Bids must be sealed and marked according to the item on which you are bidding. Please submit each bid separately if you are bidding on more than one. Bids must be received in the Accounting Office at 354 Frey Street, Suite E, Ashland City, TN 37015 by Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

Solid Waste Scales Price Increase

Household Hazardous Waste Day
The Solid Waste department will be hosting a household hazardous waste day. The event will be held on Saturday October 11, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Sycamore Square, located at 350 Frey Street Ashland City Tn 37015. This is a free event sponsored by Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. Paint will not be accepted at this event. Oil base paint is accepted daily at our Sam’s Creek Road facility. Beer Board Meetings
This will serve notice that the Cheatham County Beer Board will meet when called on the second Saturday of each month in 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Sycamore Square Complex, David McCullough Meeting Room at 334 Frey Street, Ashland City, Tennessee. Anyone having business to bring before the Beer Board must contact the Cheatham County Clerk’s office ten days prior to the meeting in order to be placed on the meeting agenda. >More Info

These services include but are not limited to WIC (over the phone), high-risk primary care services, and immunizations for children and high-risk populations.
