Mowing - Accepting Bids
The Cheatham County Building Maintenance Department is accepting bids for mowing effective April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2029. Bids must be sealed and marked BID ENCLOSED MOWING OF COUNTY PROPERTY, and received in the Accounting Office at 354 Frey Street, Suite E, Ashland City, TN 37015 by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026 for bid opening. You may call the Accounting Office at (615) 792-2037 for bid specifications, or email a request to marykathryn.deason@cheathamcountytn.gov. Cheatham County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids.

Highway Department - Accepting Bids
The Cheatham County Highway Department is accepting bids for CRUSHED STONE, HOT MIX/COLD MIX and LIQUID EMULSIONS. Minimum bid specifications are available by calling the Cheatham County Accounting Office at (615) 792-2037. Bids must be sealed and marked according to the item on which you are bidding. Please submit each bid separately if you are bidding on more than one. Bids must be received in the Accounting Office at 354 Frey St, Suite E, Ashland City, TN 37015 by Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
CRUSHED STONE – 2:00 p.m.
HOT MIX/COLD MIX – 2:15 p.m.
LIQUID EMULSIONS – 2:30 p.m.
