Solid Waste Department Holiday Schedule
The Solid Waste Department announces Christmas and New Year’s holiday schedule. The scales on Sam’s Creek Road will be closed on Christmas Eve Christmas day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. The convenience and recycling center located on Sam’s Creek Road will be closed on Christmas day and New Year’s Day. Old Clarksville Pike, Thompson Road and West Cheatham centers will be on their regular schedule. Any questions contact Mike Russell at (615) 207-6541.

Highway Department - Request for Proposal
The Cheatham County Highway Department is accepting proposals on a 60’X120’X16’ Equipment Shed/Pole Barn. Specifications are available by calling the Cheatham County Accounting Office at (615) 792-2037. Proposals must be sealed and marked EQUIPMENT SHED/POLE BARN PROPOSAL ENCLOSED. Proposals must be received in the Accounting Office at 354 Frey St, Suite E, Ashland City, TN 37015 by Wednesday, January 15, 2025 by 2:00 p.m. for proposal opening. Cheatham County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals.

Beer Board Meetings
This will serve notice that the Cheatham County Beer Board will meet when called on the second Saturday of each month in 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Sycamore Square Complex, David McCullough Meeting Room at 354 Frey Street, Ashland City, Tennessee. Anyone having business to bring before the Beer Board must contact the Cheatham County Clerk’s office ten days prior to the meeting in order to be placed on the meeting agenda. >More Info
