Property Tax Relief

Property tax relief is available for low-income elderly and disabled homeowners, as well as disabled veteran homeowners or their surviving spouses. You must own the home and use it as your primary residence in Cheatham County. You may apply for Tax Relief at the Trustee's office. The office is located in the Sycamore Square shopping center at 354 Frey Street-Suite A-Ashland City, TN 37015.
