The Cheatham County Maintenance Department is responsible for providing well-functioning and safe facilities for county employees as well as the general public. We provide professional support in the areas of custodial services, construction, grounds, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pest management and locksmith services.

The Maintenance Department is currently staffed with two maintenance men, three custodians and one director for eighteen buildings and their grounds.

We also provide logistical support for the various County functions on the Courthouse grounds such as Music on Main, annual awareness programs and major holiday functions.
